What can you expect?
Limited to 12 participants at the beachfront Villa Mandala, this will be a week of intensive personal development to cultivate your mental, physical and spiritual aliveness and grow your personal leadership. You will experience deep personal growth, and return home feeling a new sense of clarity and vitality in your daily life.
Our retreat programme of experiential group and 1-2-1 activities will support you to build a deeper connection to yourself and your needs, whilst working through any barriers that are getting in your way. In addition to daily programme there will be plenty of space for personal reflection and downtime as well as optional movement and yoga practices to suit all levels.
